1. No Cloudflare Captcha on Login or Signup
If you don't see the Cloudflare captcha on the login or signup page, you will need to use a VPN to the USA.
2. No Confirmation Email
If you did not get a confirmation email, check your spam folder or firewall. You can also request the confirmation email again here.
If you get an error ("Email not found") when you try to request the confirmation email, you need to try to sign up again.
3. Cannot Login (Loop)
If you are in a loop when you try to login, and you don't see the Cloudflare captcha, you will need to use a VPN to the USA.
4. Cannot Download Files
You have likely passed your download limit.
Please note that, due to copyright issues, a strict limit has been imposed on the number of records that can be downloaded within a unique time window. The current limit is set at approximately 200 records every two weeks, and 400 every month. Abusive downloads will result in further restrictions.
5. Cannot Sign Up
If you cannot sign up because you don't see the Cloudflare captcha, you will need to use a VPN to the USA.
Alternatively, you may be using a non-university or non-corporate email.
NOTE: Only university or corporate emails are supported; personal accounts (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) are not supported.
6. My Account is Locked
After 5 failed password attempts, your account will be locked for one hour.
7. Email not found Error
If you get an Error ("Email not found"), your account does not exist. You will need to sign up to create an account.
